Mohammed Islam is a seasoned investor with over 35 years of astute business acumen under his belt. He is the Managing Director of Mombasa Maize Millers, the largest millers of maize and wheat in Kenya.
Islam stands as a towering figure in the realm of investment in Kenya having diversified his portfolio through strategic investments in various enterprises including Edible Oil Products (EOP) Limited, Butali Sugar Limited, and Sunsalt, a distinguished brand by Malindi Salt Works Limited.
He is also a director at the Cereal Millers Association and former chairman of the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB). He holds a bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Louisiana in the United States.

Beginning his career as an architect, Kevin honed his skills in design and construction, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and creative flair to every project he undertakes. His transition into project and development management was a natural progression, fueled by his passion for steering ambitious ventures from inception to fruition.
Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial acumen, successfully managing and growing development companies while delivering outstanding results. His comprehensive understanding of the development cycle, from land acquisition and due diligence to project structuring, financial feasibility, and eventual exit strategies, has been instrumental in the success of numerous ventures.
Kevin's ability to enhance and add value to developments stems from his hands-on approach and profound knowledge of market dynamics. His adeptness in financial reporting, procurement, and property management ensures that projects are not only architecturally sound but also financially viable and operationally efficient.

His career is defined by a deep commitment to solving housing challenges through innovative financing, policy alignment, and impactful project execution.
Ahmed played a pivotal role in launching Mombasa’s first affordable housing project, setting a precedent for sustainable, investor-attractive developments in the region. His leadership was also instrumental in securing and steering the largest affordable housing initiative in Nairobi; an achievement that significantly shaped the national housing agenda and expanded access to dignified living for thousands of Kenyans.
His work is informed by both deep practical experience and academic rigor. Notably, he was the first MBA graduate to produce a thesis focused on affordable housing projects in Mombasa; a reflection of his long-standing commitment to addressing Kenya’s housing deficit through evidence-based strategies and scalable investment frameworks.
His expertise spans fundraising, investment structuring, acquisitions, and greenfield development, with a strong track record of aligning private capital with public-sector priorities. Before returning to Kenya, Ahmed built his investment acumen through key roles at Ernst & Young in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where he specialized in transaction advisory and financial due diligence for major acquisitions in the Gulf region. He later joined the International Petroleum Investment Company (now part of Mubadala) as an Analyst, contributing to high-stakes fundraising efforts, including a landmark bond issuance.
Ahmed holds an MBA from Strathmore University and a BSc in Applied Accounting & Finance from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Moses Kiarie Muchai is an accomplished Construction & Development expert with a remarkable track record in Project Management, Cost Control, Design Processes, Planning, Reporting, and Coordination of diverse real estate, mass housing, and hospitality projects.
He has consistently demonstrated his ability to take ownership of specific projects and collaborated with various Developers, Consultants, and Contractors. His professional journey has been characterized by a diverse portfolio of projects, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in navigating the complexities of the construction and development industry.
Moses holds an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, he is a registered Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS). He is also an active Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (I.Q.S.K.).
Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science postgraduate degree in Construction Project Management at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

He is adept at ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and excels in project analysis and evaluation. Erick's diverse industry experience and commitment to financial integrity make him a valuable asset to any organization. Recently expanding his data analytics skills through the use of Power Bi and MySQL.
